Asphalt Drum Mix Plant
Continuous drum-mix plants in DM-45, DM-50 and DM-60 models, 40 to 120 TPH, stationary or mobile.
View models & specifications →A mobile asphalt drum mix plant that tows between sites, plugs together and starts producing hot mix without civil foundations. 40 to 120 TPH, manufactured in India.
Road contracts rarely stay in one place. A highway package can stretch for 50 km or more, and haul distance affects mix temperature, truck cycles and cost. A mobile asphalt plant lets you keep the plant close to the paver as work moves along the corridor.
Vinayak mounts each unit of its asphalt drum mix plant on a purpose-built chassis with wheel hubs, axle assembly, front and rear brakes, leaf springs, air tank, landing gear, king pin, rims and tyres. With the plant pre-wired from the factory, relocating is a matter of towing, levelling and plugging in.

The units stand on their own landing gear, so you skip foundations and the time and cost they take.
Cables, sockets, plugs and junction boxes are fitted at the factory to link every unit.
Each module is sized for road haulage on its own chassis, behind a prime mover.
Mobile plants use the same drum, burner, load-cell belt weigher and SCADA/PLC panel as stationary models.
Keeping the plant near the paving front shortens truck cycles and helps hold mix temperature.
Simple controls and accessible components keep training and maintenance straightforward.
| Model | Approx. output | Dryer drum (Ø × L) | Burner | Bitumen tank |

Choose mobile when the job is a long corridor, a series of short contracts or a site with poor ground for foundations. Choose stationary when the plant will supply one city or a quarry-based commercial operation for years. For very small jobs, look at the compact portable asphalt plant configuration.
Price depends on model, pollution-control choice, tank sizes and accessories. Our asphalt plant price guide explains each factor, or you can directly.
If you are also weighing a second-hand plant, read used vs new mobile asphalt plant first. It has a practical inspection checklist.
A mobile asphalt plant is a drum mix plant whose units (cold feeder, drum, bitumen tank, load-out and control cabin) are each mounted on wheeled chassis, so the plant can be towed from site to site and set up without foundations.
All three drum mix models can be built mobile: DM-45 (about 40–60 TPH), DM-50 (about 60–90 TPH) and DM-60 (about 90–120 TPH).
No. The mobile design is built for no civil works. The units stand on their own landing gear on levelled, compacted ground.
The plant comes pre-wired with cables, sockets, plugs and junction boxes to interconnect the units, so setting up is mainly positioning and plugging in.
